The F-150 tops the list by a wide margin, having sold 623,980 units in 2019, which is almost 200,000 more than the next-most popular truck on this list. Ford\u2019s name recognition speaks for itself, but the F-150, in particular, has a track record going all the way back to 1975.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chevy Silverado<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Next is the Chevy Silverado, which sold 436,480 models in 2019. The Chevrolet brand is one of our favorites, and we happen to have a good number of them in stock as of this blog post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ram 1500<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
